The Community Council has an obligation under The Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 to publish an Annual Report each year. The current year Report for 2024 is available to read/download below along with previous years Reports for 2022 and 2023:

The Community Council has an obligation under Section 6 of the 2016 Environment (Wales) Act to publish a Policy Statement and Action Plan. As a rural community residing within the Brecon Beacons National Park, this Council is very mindful of a duty to foster biodiversity and ecosystem resilience.

The Community Council's Policy Statement and Action Plan was reviewed, updated and adopted at a meeting on 15th February 2023 and can be found below. There is a commitment for this to be annually reviewed.

The Community Council considers the promotion of the health and safety of its employee at work and those who use its premises, including contractors who may work there, to be of great importance. The Council recognises that the effective prevention of accidents depends as much on a committed attitude of mind to safety as on the operation and maintenance of equipment and safe systems of work. To this end, the Policy below has been adopted by this Council and will be annually reviewed.
