Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 - Exercise of Electors' Rights 2023/24
Each year the annual accounts for Llanfoist Fawr CC are audited by the Auditor General for Wales. Prior to this date, any interested person has the opportunity to inspect and make copies of the accounts and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts etc relating to them for 20 working days on reasonable notice. Please see the Notice below for details on how to exercise these Rights.

Each year the annual accounts for Llanfoist Fawr CC are audited by the Auditor General for Wales. The audit for the year ended 31st March 2023 has been successfully concluded and the associated Annual Return is available for inspection. These Statements summarise the financial position of the Community Council and have been independently audited by Audit Wales and/or BDO on behalf of the Wales Audit Office. Unabridged copies of prior year Annual Returns are available free of charge by contacting the Clerk.
